At last a huge amount has come to the building of Karnataka Cinema Artists Association. It is Rs.7 crores that Ashok Kheney key sponsor of Karnataka Bulldozers is offering to Artists Association. The winning team in a gala function gets Rs.10 lakhs and this was the promise made by Munirathna Naidu on behalf of the Kannada Film Producers Association.

That means hard earned money of Kannada cinema artists from Celebrity Cricket League. They have sweated it out! With such huge money the remaining work at Artists Association would come up strongly one believes.

Ashok Kheney announced this news recently and that also shows his magnanimity. At the start of the CCL first season Ashok Kheney brought the rights of CCL Karnataka Bulldozers quoting Rs.17.1 crores. He has promised Rs.3 crores in the beginning for Kannada cinema artists association. Now it is an additional Rs.4 crores.
